"Butterfly Kisses" and other bootlegs.

Does anybody know the performance date and place for "The Wedding List" 
on the bootleg album "Butterfly Kisses". It's not listed on the back 
sleeve of my copy.

Also, could somebody tell me the name of a bootleg CD which contains 
"Moving" and "Organic Acid" from the 1974 demos. Quite frustratingly, 
"Cathy's Home Demos" has all but those two tracks on.
