The "Fall Out In" tour

Ohmigod!  So THAT'S it!  All these years I've been remembering it as the
"After Over Under" tour, and I was wondering why I could never locate
anything about it.  I had the whole name wrong!  (I didn't hear of Kate
until a couple of years after that, so I didn't see any of those shows.
I've been trying all this time to find a boot video of any of those
performances, though, because I heard about the "Egypt" performance, and I
just have to see it for myself.  Does anyone have a copy of this they would
be willing tape for me?)
