   The 'December'-footage comes from the 'ABBA In Switzerland' show that was
broadcast in 1980 (I think?) by German TV. Unfortunately, there has never
been an official release.

    It was released by MGM in 1982, but whether it's still in print, that's
another matter entirely. Maybe you could find it at a video-rental, though.
