Picture Disks?

I picked up two Kate Bush vinyl albums about 6 or 7 years ago at a flea
market.

They've got pictures (portraits?) of Kate Bush on them -  I've never
seen anything else like it, but then, I'm not 'into' record collecting
or anything like that....

Could anyone help me Identify:

A)    What they're called
B)    Where they were recorded (both are live concerts)
C)    How old they are
D)    Anything else you could think of.
