Easy. KaTe comes from KT which originally meant Knights Templar,
but which got also adopted by Kate as both, an abreviation for
"Katie" (in KT Bush Band) and as a logo for the Kate Bush Club
(in a design which basics also come from the Knights Templar).
The KT symbol looks like
