Which Dax song samples Kate Bush? I have most releases by both of them
and I've never noticed a KaTe sample in Dax's music (and I'd think I'd
notice it, but then I can be oblivious to the obvious at times:) The
closest to a "sample" I can think of is the line "My fickle tounge won't
find the rhyme" in the song "The Spoil Factor" off of _Jesus Egg that
Wept_ which is very similar to a line from a KaTe song from _The
Dreaming_. What I've always wondered is if this is an allusion to Kate
by Dax, if this is a common British English phrase that totally goes
over the head of this American, or if both lines are references to
something else (a movie or novel?). I'm going ahead and CC'ing this to
the World Serpent Distribution list in case someone there knows the
answer. Hope this is better spam than the magazine subscriptions or
grocery coupon ads;>
