Lisa of the KBC definitely does deserve some 
words of praise and thanks -- from this KBC member,
too, Len! Hear, hear! Those many brief but warm
notes from Lisa's pen were great sustenance to 
this fan in the long-ago days when Love-Hounds 
was still but a gleam in |>oug /\lan's eye.

And to answer your question, she's every bit as nice a 
person in person as on paper.
