Well, I hate to think it will take so long, but I
think Chris & Vickie are absolutely correct.  Since
it sounds like the new house isn't in very good shape,
we can expect Kate to spend a year refurbishing and 
decorating.  Then there's the studio.  And they're right,
there's the Garden to be thought of, and possibly 
other groundskeeping.

Sigh . . . 

Maybe if we're lucky it will be 1999 (something with
Prince perhaps?  ouch, bad pun, sorry.)
