These two groups have been for some time widely regarded as being at the forefront of the new generation of British Prog Rock bands and this should be an evening to relish. As any member of this conference will be painfully aware, Prog does not get anywhere near the exposure it rightly deserves, and this gig must be viewed as playing a major part in raising awareness of the wealth of neglected talent which abounds worldwide. Major record companies will be attending this gig, and there is no doudbt that the signing of another Prog band to a high profile company will only serve to open the way for more underrated groups to emerge from obscurity. However, as you are probably aware, corporate policy dictates that only bands with an already large following stand a cats hope of being succesful. It is for this reason alone that I have broken a personal rule by advertising this gig in the hope that you may be tempted to make the trip down to London to attend. I can promise you an exceptional showcase of top notch musicianship, writing and performance guarenteed to please anybody into Prog. For more information on either band, tour dates, CD availability or entry onto mailing lists please mail me at the below address. Thank you for understanding the motivation behing this unashamed piece of advertising, Julian- Grey Lady Down aka Duck@CIX.COMPULINK.CO.UK For written info please write to: PO Box 207 Banbury Oxon OX16 7GP Great Britain
