Looking for Advice

        In trying to stay within the lines of nettiquette, I will try to
keep this brief.  This will be posted to several newsgroups so my
apologies in advance to those who will feel that this post has no
relevance in their newsgroup and for cross-posting. 
       I am preparing to open a new nightclub that will showcase all
levels of talent.  Unsigned and signed.  Locals to Nationals.  All
genres.  This club is affiliated with a regional cable show which will air
the bands videos, and several shows made up of material that is taped
during the live performances at the club.   This is no small time deal. 
Although the show will air regionally at first, we have a potential
viewership of 213,000 people, we are looking at a facility that will hold
2,000 people and the producer we are working with has worked with several
top international acts.
      I have been successful in finding very good acts through several
outlets and am interested in using the newsgroups and message boards to
solicit acts from across the country.  My search for advice pertains to
the recruiting of talent over the internet and the correct way to do it. 
This is not a service that will cost the acts anything.  I am just looking
to find good music.
