The Townhouse and Orlake inscriptions are from the facilities where the
vinyl was cut -- no special meaning.  Kate's messages look much more like
they were scratched in with a pin, sometimes so lightly they don't press
very well. 

Too bad about that radio broadcast -- but the mistake gave me a few hours 
of total happiness.
