If someone heard this on a radio station it means a DJ copy has been
issued (unless the DJ is a personal friend of Davey Spillane) either on
its own or perhaps in one of those compilation disks that get put out en
masse.  

Would the person who heard the broadcast call that radio station and see if
you can get more information from them?  What format is this in?  Who
issued it? 

Those of us in urban areas might start combing through the CD singles at 
used CD stores and see if we can't turn this thing up.  DJ regularly weed 
their collections of stuff they can't use or don't need and sell them to 
used record stores.
