Hi Maurica!

"December..." does not appear on any album.  It does appear
in the following places though:

1. December Will be Magic Again 7" 
2. Experiment IV  12" and Cassette-single
3. Moments of Pleasure  CD-single and 12"? 
   (not sure about the 12") 
4. This Woman's Work  Boxed Set (hmmm, technically, this
   could count as an album....)
5. Appears twice on the Lovehounds Collection videos.
   (Bongo version ABBA special and Kate Christmas Special)

...and perhaps on other releases too.  I hope this helps.
