Hi Robb!

Well, somehow it is. But only somehow. Walk Straight Down The Middle Of It
is a bonus track that's only available on the CD and Cassette versions of
The Sensual World, not on the LP. So WSDTMOI (geee...) is not really part
of the album The Sensual World. On the other hand, it's also available
as a B-side of the single The Sensual World (3", 5", 7", 12", Cassingle).

As far as I know, there's no difference between the single version and the
album version. The reason why it's also on the This Woman's Work boxed set
special CDs is that the track listing for these is identical in CD, LP
and Cassette versions. And for the LP version there's no WSDTMOI on the
TSW album, so it had to be there.

Those 2 seconds difference in length are not neccessarily indicating a
different mix. It's just a different mastering of the CD. But one can
never be sure, so anyone willing to do a 'synched' listening to both
at once? Anyone willing to compare the digital data?

Right. Wierd, but right.

Bye,

Uli
