Kate is also mentioned in Wizards of the Coast's "Jyhad" card game.  
One card, "Enhanced Senses", gives a player improved ability to spot
concealed attacks.  The illustrative quote?  "Stepping out of the page into
the sensual world... Kate Bush, The Sensual World".

Two other cards ("Spirit's Touch" and "Psychic Veil") quote Danielle Dax,
mistakenly credited as "Daniella" Dax on both cards.
