Unfortunately (fortunately?) I have neither strong evidence nor strong opinions about the matter. Clearly, Kate does have at least a casual interest in the spiritual, but there are as many strong traditional christian images in her songs as mystical images. And much of her mystical imagery hearkens to a christian-mystic tradition rather than a truly pagan or wiccan viewpoint. No, no evidence quotes or lyrics at hand to support my views, though they do exist. Just a general impression. I'll pass the ball on to someone else.... scasterg@cd.columbus.oh.us == Stuart M.
