....er, as I was saying.... I just don't think her film comes off very well, although I think if you chopped it in bits you'd have some pretty great videos --I guess my expectations for the two media are just pretty diffrerent. ANYWAY --my point was that there may be plenty of lurkers ou there who share somewhat of my impression, but to read r.m.g you'd think it was just me and maybe one other guy I saw here once who didn't "go" for it. This doesn't bother me a whole lot. I enjoy reading the posts here for the most part, and have learned some interesting things I didn't know. Occasionally there's a really unusually informative posting like the one a few months back about the account of the boating disAster that may have inspired _The 9th Wave_. And I know I can get answers to any KB question I could dream of right here (if it's to be had anywhere... And the Lovehounds Collection! Well, I'm not going to complain much about any group that can produce something like that and mail it to me. At least I hope it doesn't sound like I'm complaining. I'm just agreeing with the stuff David pointed out and wondering if there are many other lurkers out there who share a similar ambivalence about the tone of the conversation aound here. All men felt themselves to be the masters of an intact and secret treasure. -Jorge Luis Borges, "The Library of Babel"
