Paul Humphreys - from OMD to THE LISTENING POOL

Paul Humphreys, one of the two original members of Orchestral Manoeuvers 
in the Dark (OMD) [number 1 in England for several years, several tracks 
for the movie "Pretty in Pink"] is returning after a few year hiatus.

He has formed a band with all of the OMD members, [with the exception of 
his co-lead who continues on under the name OMD] called the "Listening 
Pool." I recently had a chance to preview their as yet unreleased CD by 
Telegraph Records and it is terrific.  He is back with a vengence.

At any rate, anyone interested in starting a separate Usenet group for 
"The Listening Pool", please E-mail me.  I an unclear on the logistics 
of creating a group, but with enough interest, I'm sure it can be 
figured out.

"The Listening Pool's" newest album is slated for release in England 
later this year.  It has already been released in South Africa, where it 
has gone to number 1.
