I can't speak for the West Coast, but here in Washington, DC, the local
Tower Records where I saw the Hammersmith Video/CD definitely had the
Euro-PAL version. And while I'd be willing to pay a few bucks for the CD,
I'm not paying $35 for it. 

And maybe I'm crazed, but hasn't the live video been released on laserdisc
sometime way back when, back when laserdiscs were first introduced? I know
for sure The Single File was (at least it was available in the U.K. in
1984).
