Hammersmith vid/cd in US

 Does anyone know if the re-release of the Hammersmith video with the CD is
 now available in US format (NTSC)?  I know the PAL version is sold at stores
 here, but that doesn't do me much good as I have no way of ever playing it
 and feel I should really get a `legitimate' release of the cd while its
 available.  
 Still haven't seen TLCtC; none of the stores in this little town carry it;
 guess I'll ask for a copy for Xmas.
