James and the Cold Gun

just wondering.... a friend of mine once speculated tht "James and the Cold
Gun"  was loosely based on James Bond.

being virtually illiterate in terms of JB, although fairly well-versed in the
Sensual World of Kate Bush, i  thought tht i would post tht here for all
Gaffans to gnaw upon.

so... is it true???  just curious.  :)
