I have found a copy of the fdu.edu Kate pics in europe, at blackbird.sel.cam.
ac.uk. It's quite a bit faster than fdu for me, and doesn't appear to have 
an anon user limit. I got all the pics (15Mb ish) in 5 mins, it would have 
taken well over 24 hours in certain circumstances from fdu.

The directory is /kate.bush.pics
