There's a difference. For some of you it may be a matter of semantics, but "reissue" implies an official release. There are a lot of reasons that that implication should be avoided. For one thing, an actual reissue of YKTR would send entirely the wrong message about how Tori feels about that album. There is not, and probably never will be an actual reissue of YKTR. As someone pointed out, Atlantic could probably reissue the album if Tori ever leaves the label but since Tori's contract evidently calls for something like five more albums, she's with Atlantic for the forseeable future.
