]In the "Kate Bush a Visual Documentary" there is a picture of a duplicate
]birth certificate which appears to be official. It states Bexley hospital,
]Bexleyheath as the place of birth.

 Thanks Richard, and thanks Peter for the previous posting, but this still
 leaves me wondering why Kate would mention Erith in an interview.  Also,
 the only Bexley hospital I know of is the big one south-east of Bexley in
 Kent, miles from Bexleyheath. Still, a lot of things can change in 36 
years.
