There isn't a Tori newsgroup, but there is a mailing list
send an email to really-deep-thoughts-request@gradient.cis.upenn.edu
 and ask to be subscribed to the list. There has been talk lately on the list
about starting a newsgroup but it isn't very popular with the fans who want to
keep the talk about Tori in a small confined area.
