I think Crowded House get it right in "Chocolate Cake" :
	May his trousers fall down as he bows
	to the queen and the Crown
(or something like that :-)

But Roger Waters get's it even better on Amused to Death when he
talks about the Piano lid falling down and "breaks his f*ck*ng
fingers".  I think it's in "It's a Miracle"

OK, so it's not about KaTe, but I can't let a dig a ALW go by :-)
