Red Shoes Japanese Ltd. Edition?

Hey, all.  I saw a copy of some Japanese import version of Kate Bush's "Red
Shoes" album that costs $50.  The reason they give for pricing it so high is
1) It is a Japanese import.  2) It contains tracks not available elsewhere.
(Not sure about this one.)  3) It comes with a collector's booklet.  I would
not pay this much for a CD, but if anybody is interested and will pick up the
shipping and packaging costs, I will get it for them.
