When HOL came out, I remember reading an interview with Kate where
she said she originally wanted to call RUTH "A Deal With God" but
was persuaded not to by the record company, who didn't want the
word "God" in the title of a song, as they thought it might scare
off airplay.

Now Tori has a single called "God".


Go figure.
