is what IED received through a careful and highly appreciative study
of Peter Manchester's recent posting on textual sources in SoS. Thanks
very much, Peter! It's about time this recording -- surely one of the
truly magical pieces of art of the last decade of our sad century --
received the kind of careful attention it deserves. Thanks also to him
for posting the NY Times article (which, though in IED's opinion
misguided in even comparing Kate Bush to that other character, was at
least sensible enough to judge Kate's achievement the greater one),
and to Karen Newcombe for her highly educational postings.
