Lines: 30 Hello all. I ran across an interesting Kate item today, and knowing how you guys love Kate, I took a chance and bought this item. Here's what it is: Keyboard magazine, July 1985 features 8 page article with Kate, several photos (I've never seen her this young!). Mint condition, it even still has the subscription cards and a little vinyl 'record' in the center (remember those?). no, it's not a Kate song, it's a jazz track. Here's the article description: "She's one of the best-kept secrets in contemporary rock, a flamboyant performer who hasn't appeared onstage in seven years, whose fans savor memories of spectacular concerts and complex conceptual albums. Well, the long wait is over. Kate Bush's new LP is about to hit the stores, and it's crackling with her own electronic and acoustic keyboard work. In this special interview, Kate discusses her transformation from an Elton John-style pianist to a Fairlight enthusiast, and the impact of keyboard technology on her artistic direction." Though I enjoy her music, I am not a Kate-worshipper, so if anyone is interested in purchasing this (I think rare) Kate item, email me with your bids. | Dan | -- Dan Simoes dans@ans.net Associate Programmer (914) 789-5378 Advanced Network & Services Elmsford, NY
