Actually, Kent Finley re-posted MY post to the folk_music mailing list! 

APR is American Public Radio, the OTHER Network, which distributes World
Cafe and also Mountain Stage.

The interview was unique to World Cafe, and was conducted by David Dye,
the host of World Cafe.
