Tori Amos (hendrix cover)

ok, this is my first post to Lovehounds....

i've been subscribed for about a week and a half now.....it seems like a 
pretty cool group of people here.i first started liking kate because i LOVE 
tori and everyone always compares them.....so anyway, i think i can answer 
the tori question about her hendrix cover.there's two possibilies;

1) a b-side from little earthquakes called 'mary'.it's not really a _cover_ 
of jimi's 'the wind cries mary', but she has lyrics in it that were 
obviously inspired by the song....
          "...mary, don't be afraid cause even the wind cries your 
name...."
              "...mary, like jimi said...."
  
the song is on a few of the imported crucify singles.....

2) there's also a possiblity that you heard about the REAL cover of 
hendrix's 'if 6 was 9'.
this song is going to be a b-side on one of the singles off tori's new 
album 'under the pink'....if this is the one you heard about, it is not 
available yet, and i have no idea when it WILL be available....
