Tori Amos question (Kate-less post)

My apologies for posting non-KaTe at this time, but I have a
question for Tori Amos afficionados:

I've been trying to get hold of the Tori CD single that consists of
Hendrix covers (I think it was Tori who did this, am I right?), and
nobody in my town has heard anything about it.  Would the person who
mentioned it before (or anybody who knows) be so kind as to send me
more details about this intriguing item (i.e. label, title, product
number and release date) so I can order it?  Thanks a lot, -- Ottis
