Japanese CD singles

While browsing the Record Collector edition with the Kate rarities guide
(10/93, #170) to find more stuff for my discography I found the following:

Kate Bush - Eat The Music, TOCP-8014, JAP, 5" CD Mini Album

Is this really availlable? And is it really a 5" CD single? (Usually Japanese
CD singles are of the 3" kind.) Anyone seen this?
