Here's news from the December 4 issue of Billboard:

1.  "Rubberband Girl" up to no. 7 on the Modern Rock chart

2. _The Red Shoes_ down to no. 80 on the album chart.  (Still dropping
   like a stone, I see.)

3.  The new Tori Amos single will be out Jan. 10, and the album will
   be out Jan. 25.  There's a fairly long article in which Atlantic
   Records' plans for massive promotion are detailed.
