Yesterday I found a CD of the Bulgarkas in the local library's folk
music department. After one listen, I think they certainly sound
interesting but somehow not as exciting as on KaTe's records.

BTW. If you like the folk influences on KaTe's music, you might be
interested in a Finnish folk music group "Varttina" that is starting
their U.S. tour very soon (or perhaps already started).
