Were there also 7" and 12" copies available? Is it just SaLD on the B-side
of those?

In the film (premiered on Saturday!) I remember the flaming skeltons bit
coming earlier when Kate runs through the mirror chasing the mysterious
woman after singing The Red Shoes. Though there was another chase
sequence between the end of the Moments segment and the start of eat
the Music. What I recall about the Eat the Music sequence was the 
floor covered in fruit and the caribean chorus appearing. Of course
the video may have been cut differently. I have not seen the video only
the film - have I mentioned that before :-)
