Does this really mean that the US CD has 'Kate Bush' above and 'The
Red Shoes' below the pic? The European CD has 'Kate Bush' BELOW and
'TRS' ABOVE the pic, i.e. the other way round. This was first found
out from the Columbia promo sheets vs. the German ads, but it never
was clarified if this was also done to the CDs. BTW: Is the spellin
[had to skip the 'g'...] error in the credits ('Photogra_p_y') also
there in the Columbia version?
