Actually, businesses are *required* to keep a copy of credit card transactions, and naturally the credit card number is a part of that transaction. You may be confused with the laws in some states that prevent merchants from writing credit card numbers on checks that they receive. I'd be far more concerned about the increased use of the Internet for commercial postings than whether IGG keeps a file of credit card numbers. Heath
