Subject: Single File vid facts but still need help

Since I didn't get a reply to my original post I did some digging but still need help from the experts. What I know: The Single File NTSC video was originally released in Japan and Canada. The Canadian version was re-released by EMI and available in the US pretty easily in 1991. A rumour about a US release was probably a result of the CA release although a *bootleg* by "Cello Video" with the name "The SingleS File" on the tape was around. What I have heard: The JP version is better than the CA version. What I want to know: Is this true? If so, in what way and how much better is the JP version? (HiFi quality too.) The JP version seems to be $30 more and I want to determine if it's worth it to me. Someone must know.... help, please. Thanks! --- Alex R.
