My 2 cents: In general I think Kate sounds in much better voice than she was during the "Sensual World" sessions. "Big Stripey Lie" is excellent, as good as just about anything she's done. I also enjoy "Rubberband Girl." Lot's of energy in that track and Kate sounds like she's having a hell of a good time. It's fun and has an very catchy melody. Great choice for a single. On the other hand "Eat the Music" ... Well, I like it better than several of the songs off "The Sensual World", but lord it is a bit repititious. Seems badly in need of some kind of a vocal bridge. The voic sounds good, though. It really seems to me that RBG was a MUCH better choice for a single. (Maybe it will be the second US single?) As for the release date... The delay is sure annoying, but I guess better Nov. than next year! Wade
