this is completely bizarre - as far as i'm aware, titles aren't
copyrightable.  i could put out a CD called "like a virgin" tomorrow
if i wanted and there's nothing madonna can do about it.  on the other
hand, i can imagine disney filing suit anyway, knowing that CBS would
probably back down from a protracted legal battle just because it
isn't worth the cost involved.
