I uploaded scans of the Rubberband Girl CD-single front and back
covers to ftp.uwp.edu, directory /pub/incoming/pictures/bush.kate.

The files are in JPEG format, scaled to height of 600 pixels. rgb.jpg
is the front cover, and rbg_back.jpg is the back cover.
