OK, i got curious and looked it up. The lovely sounding sultana is, according
to the American Heritage Dictionary, 1) The wife, mother, sister or daughter
of a sultan, 2) the mistress of a sultan, king, or prince, 3) a small, sweet
seedless raisin of a kind originally produced in Asia Minor.
Perhaps a bit of word play at work? "He's a woman at heart." Here sweetie,
have a sultana. Have a thousand of them. They're small.
