Tasman Archer, album title: Great Expectations.

She is British and her song Sleeping Satellite reach No.1 in the UK.

Sleeping Satellite is excellent, it seems to be about being upset
because they landed on the moon. I have not decided what I think of
the rest of the album. 

I don't know what happened to any follow up singles. It is not easy
for me to stay abreast of UK music out here. However, The Sundays are
going to be in Japan at the end of March. YIPPEE!
