There's always more:

In the Illustrated Collector's Guide to Kate Bush there isn't any word about
US version of the Cloudbusting maxi vinyl disc. It's order number is V-19238.
The same thing holds about the US version of the Experiment IV maxi vinyl
disc. It's order number is V-19228. And my copy of the pirate of the original 
Japanese fan club EP (Kate Bush Fan Club EP, on page 91) is on red 
shine-through vinyl. Since it is not mentioned in the ICGtKB, this might be 
another item.
