To reiterate:

	There appears to be mixed evidence about the laugh; sometimes it's
with L&A, sometimes not; I haven't heard anything about it being with "The
Fog" either.
	So, to repeat myself, have you considered that maybe it's in between
the songs, belonging to neither?  I can't think of any logical reason why it
should come after or before either song.  But then who needs a logical
reason?  This is art.
