Can someone please tell me what they have heard or read over the years
as to WHY KATE WOULN'T TOUR TO THE USA?

I am sorry, I probably have missed all the dialog on this issue from
years back, but I am new and this is the one thing that kills me.

Wouln't seeing Kate in concert be just so, so.... INCREDIBLE!!!!!!
