The latest issue of Record Collector has about four ads for this
(including one with a picture). The consensus seems to be:

- Book, 48/49 pp, "many unpublished photos"
- Poster
- Postcard
- T-shirt
- Certificate
- CD (optional)
- 1000 or 1500 copies ltd. edition

The cover appears to have what looks like an old EMI photo of KaTe
sitting on the floor wearing a short gown and tights.

UK prices are L25 w/o CD, or L30-L38 with CD.
