Balliett v. Mapes and Williams, Ninth Circuit Court of Waves...

This is just a brief note to confirm the testimony deposed by Chris
and Vickie in the matter of Allen Balliett and his firm, Intergalactic
Garage.
   
Since IED was mentioned by Ms. Mapes and Mr. Williams, he feels that
it is incumbent upon him to render confirmatory witness, or whatever, to 
the effect that, indeed, the party known in these proceedings as Mr.
Reimers was described unfairly and cruelly in an old flier of IG's.
It upset John a LOT, for a LONG time, as he felt that he had been
ridiculed by a MERCHANT for resisting said MERCHANT's cupidity.

It is also true that IG has on occasion overcharged significantly
for merchandise which cost them nothing, and which true fans of
Kate's work routinely offer to each other in trade or gratis.

The above testimony is true and accurate, so says he, the undersigned
